Youth Work
We have a passionate and committed youth team who work alongside our young people. Our heart is to love and serve young people in the local communities.
Youth programme
EDEN: Runs weekly during term time on a Friday night. A chance to get together in the Eden Bar, Game Zone and Girl Zone followed by excting entertainment which varies week to week (see flyer below). So far we have live bands, streeet dance workshops, skate park, raves, open mic nights, nail and hair bar. Everyone from 11 - 18 is welcome. Join our Eden Facebook group for the lastest info.
Youth.Com: Is our group for those in years 10-13. We meet every week during term time alternating between cell groups and a worship event. We value these times very highly and see youth cells as a core area of the youth work. The worship events will benefit from front led teaching and worship as well as peer led group discussions encouraging us to grow in relationship with God and each other. IMPACT: Is our group for those in years 7-9. We meet after the worship time in our Sunday morning services. We have great times exploring the word of God in a fun and practical way and discover ways of applying it to our own lives. We join Youth.Com every other Tuesday for the worship event. See below for this terms dates.
Youth Alpha: Runs in local schools and colleges by our young people. We aim to support them providing training finances to help run the course as well as attending where possible.
Newday: Every summer our youth camping trip joining around 7000 other young people hosted by New Frontiers Youth Team.
