Jesus told us to “Go and make disciples of all nations”. That means communicating Christ in the way that we relate, talk and act.

The Street Pastors scheme is one part of that process. Street Pastors is an inter-denominational Church activity involving volunteers in hitting the streets to build relationships, provide care and offer a listening ear.
 
Teams already operate in Eastleigh, Fair Oak, Horton Heath and Southampton with the latest addition being a team for Hedge End, West End and Botley.
 
The Church input is being coordinated by the local Churches Together.
