Accommodation will be in a shared house (with shared bedrooms) known as ‘Glenbourne’ with the other participants on this course.  Glenbourne is situated next door to the church which enables easy access to the church building for lessons and meetings.  It is a fully furnished 3 bedroom home for up to 10 people.  It is equipped with many resources to facilitate private studying including a study room with a library and internet connection, along with a couple of computers. (If you have your own laptop it is advisable to bring it).  There is a spacious lounge with a TV and DVD player to both encourage further understanding of English and to relax!

 

 

Glenbourne has an extensive kitchen / diner which serves as an area for cooking, eating and relaxing for both individual and group use.

  

 

 

 

 

Alternatively you may be living with a family from the church here if this is more appropriate.  In this case the majority of your living allowance will go to your host family who will be providing your meals.  Things will be slightly different for those living with a family in terms of fitting in with meal times, helping out, but again, this will help to provide more learning opportunities in a different cultural context!
