King’s Community Church College is overseen by the elders of King's Community Church. Martyn Dunsford who leads this eldership team is the College International Director. Martyn has been leading the church since 1985 and has been visiting many churches overseas training leaders which aptly equips him to understand the needs of people from overseas.  Martyn is also a qualified teacher.

Maurice Redmill is the College Principal. Maurice is an elder of King’s Community Church and has pastored three churches. In 2009 he retired from being the Principal of a residential school for children with special needs.
